Aileen Brown

Aileen Brown, MBA, has held various managerial and supervisory roles in the insurance and customer service industries since 1989. Currently, Aileen serves as Manager of Policy Print Services at FCCI Insurance Group since October 2016, following a progression of roles within the company, including Lead Policy Print Support Services and Supervisor. Prior experience includes supervisory positions at CSC, and processing orders at Nasco. Aileen’s early career involved a managerial role at Culvers_Whitewater and customer service at Wisconsin Packaging Corp. Aileen's educational background encompasses a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Kaplan University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
