Camille Mars

Camille Mars is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Recruiter at FCCI Insurance Group since January 2019. In this role, Camille is responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process, which includes developing job postings, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers. Prior to this, Camille worked as an Associate Recruiter and completed a Human Resources Internship at FCCI Insurance Group in the summer of 2018. Camille holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Human Resources Development from Pittsburg State University.
