Lori Richards

Lori Richards has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to information security, access management, governance, risk management, compliance, and software development. From 1995 to 2002, they worked at Arthur Andersen as a Tax Software Development Manager and Quality Assurance Manager. Lori then joined Jackson Hewitt in 2002 as the Director of Quality Assurance. In 2003, they moved to Tax Technologies, Inc. as a Project Manager, where they developed tax preparation software. Since 2009, Lori has been working at FCCI Insurance Group, initially as an IT Manager and currently as the Director of Information Security and Access Management, as well as the Director of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance. Lori'sresponsibilities include IT policy and procedure development, IT controls auditing, IT project risk management, system access management, and IT system security assessments.

Lori Richards completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, with a minor in Computer Science from the UCF College of Business. Lori attended the college from 1989 to 1993. In addition, they obtained the CRISC certification from ISACA in March 2017.
