Richard Morris

Richard Morris has extensive experience in enhancing operations and services across UK and global networks, particularly in the realm of education and consular services. At The Open University, they served in various leadership roles, including Lead Product Owner and Associate Director of Strategic Delivery, where they focused on improving the student experience and implementing innovative technologies. Previously, as Programme Director at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Richard led the creation of a network of consular contact centres, streamlining service delivery for over one million customers annually. Richard holds an MBA and a degree in International Studies from The Open University and currently serves as Head of the Sensitivity Review Service at FCDO Services.
