Tommi Kajasoja

Tommi Kajasoja is an experienced executive with a robust background in leadership and management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at FCG Finnish Consulting Group and as a Board Member at Jartek Invest Oy and Barona, Tommi has a proven track record of overseeing significant P&L responsibilities, particularly during a tenure as CEO at Delete Group Oyj, where accountability extended over €200 million in annual sales and a workforce of 800-1000 employees. Past roles include interim management positions at Mölnlycke Health Care Oy and Jeti-Sähkö Oy, as well as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Maintpartner Group, where strategic development and operational improvements were achieved. Tommi holds a Master of Science degree in Energy Technology and Electricity Markets from LUT University.
