Anisha Lakra

Anisha Lakra has accumulated significant experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as Assistant Manager - Employee Relations at FCI CCM since June 2022, following a role as Employee Relations Executive. Prior to this, Anisha worked as a Human Resources Executive at Sierra Living Concepts from September 2021 to April 2022, and held multiple executive positions at Tata Consultancy Services from July 2018 to August 2021. Initial professional experiences include Project Intern positions at NBCC (India) Limited and Tinplate Company in 2017 and 2015, respectively. Anisha holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata, and a Master of Business Administration focusing on HR and Finance from The ICFAI University, Dehradun.
