Rana Sarker

Rana Sarker is a seasoned human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Officer-HRD (Corporate) at FCI Group since June 2024, Rana has previously held roles at MBM Group, Mondol Group, and SHANTA DENIMS LIMITED, where responsibilities included senior-level HR oversight and compliance execution. Rana holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Bangladesh University of Professionals, a BBA in Finance from Daffodil International University, and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Social Compliance from the Bangladesh Institute of Management.
