Priscila Spadinger

Priscila Spadinger is the CEO and co-founder of Aleve Legaltech Ventures, with extensive expertise in corporate governance, M&A, and compliance, serving in this role since January 2021. As a board member and the first female angel investor at PHP Biotech, Priscila also founded Addhere, where responsibilities include Chief Legal Officer and angel investor. Active in the startup ecosystem, Priscila's roles include membership in the Comissão de Direito para Startups and co-founding several ventures such as MKM Biotech and Mubius WomenTech Ventures. Additionally, experience includes business law at Andrade Silva Advogados and business development at B2L Investimentos. Priscila holds multiple advanced degrees in law and business from prestigious institutions, including an MBA and specialization in M&A from FGV and a law degree from FDMC.
