David Sykes is the Head of Customer Onboarding at FCM Travel, where David leads the EMEA solutions engineering function. Prior to this role, David held various positions within Flight Centre Travel Group, including Land Systems Product Owner and Senior Manager overseeing leisure travel agents. David was also a Sales Manager, consistently leading top-performing teams in the country. As the Co-Founder of Gravity Bookings and Management, David organized live music tours in China. Additionally, David has experience as a Lecturer in International Communication at multiple universities and as the Head of Marketing and Advertising for a university event. David holds a BA (Hons) in Political Science and Government from the University of Nottingham.
