He is dedicated to engaging with FCM’s private equity portfolio company clients, supporting key initiatives and process re-engineering. With a background in business analytics, he specializes in Transition Service Agreement (TSA) exit planning, financial tracking, management and governance. In his time at FCM, Griffin has led functional value stream mapping for a multimillion-dollar business transformation; ensured that major corporate carve-outs met committed separation milestones; developed data center location rationalization and financial resource optimization models for large productivity initiatives; and supported Six Sigma Lean process re-engineering to optimize finance delivery.
