Previously held various leadership roles at Adelaide Brighton Cement from 1994 to 2014, including Process Manager and Production Manager, overseeing operations of significant clinker and lime production. Roger's expertise encompasses consulting, project management, and technical services related to the design, manufacture, and commissioning of burners and combustion systems across multiple sectors. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and a Certificate in the Consortium Advanced Management Program from the University of Adelaide.
