Justin Dignelli is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology and sales sectors. As the CEO and Founder of Pace since July 2021, Justin leads initiatives focused on enhancing customer visibility within product-led and seller-accelerated enterprise software companies. Justin also serves as an Investor/Advisor at FCTRY Lab and has previously advised Apollo GraphQL. During a significant tenure at MongoDB from October 2015 to July 2021, Justin held the position of Senior Director of Product GTM, contributing to the company's transition to a high-velocity sales model. Earlier roles include Director of Sales at Smartling and Enterprise Sales Executive at Xtract Research, where Justin was instrumental in scaling the business prior to its acquisition. Justin's career began with a stint as a Professional Baseball Player for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Academic credentials include a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business and formative education at Hackley School.

FCTRY LAb is a venture backed, tech-enabled footwear prototyping lab, democratizing footwear development and innovation for brands, athletes and influencers. It is helping to disrupt the economic monopoly of large sneaker brands while providing domestic speed to market in an environment constrained by overseas supply chain delays. FCTRY LAb's investors include a diverse group of venture capital firms, top professional athletes and a myriad of pedigreed angel investors. Investors include the Co-Founder of Tinder (via Time Zero Capital), Co-Founder of WeWork, the West Coast Head of Warburg Pincus, and a consortium of NBA & NFL stars via Chicago based Aurelien Capital. Venture capital investment was led by the LA-based, Pay-Pal-backed Slauson & Co, with additional investment from Relay Ventures, Elysian Park Ventures (the private investment arm of the Los Angeles Dodgers ownership group), Level One Fund & Fog City Capital among others.
