Justin Dignelli

Justin Dignelli is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology and sales sectors. As the CEO and Founder of Pace since July 2021, Justin leads initiatives focused on enhancing customer visibility within product-led and seller-accelerated enterprise software companies. Justin also serves as an Investor/Advisor at FCTRY Lab and has previously advised Apollo GraphQL. During a significant tenure at MongoDB from October 2015 to July 2021, Justin held the position of Senior Director of Product GTM, contributing to the company's transition to a high-velocity sales model. Earlier roles include Director of Sales at Smartling and Enterprise Sales Executive at Xtract Research, where Justin was instrumental in scaling the business prior to its acquisition.
