Garry Lam MRICS is a seasoned commercial manager with extensive experience in construction and fit-out sectors, currently leading commercial operations at FDC Construction & Fitout since September 2015. With a track record of managing projects with turnovers around $300 million across various sectors including Commercial, Education, and Public Works, Garry has previously held key positions such as Contracts Manager at Buildcorp and Commercial Manager at Willmott Dixon, overseeing significant projects like 255 Elizabeth Street and 1 Darling Park.
