Leonardo de Souza

Leonardo de Souza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive search and leadership consulting. Currently serving as Country Manager for Brazil at Pedersen & Partners since January 2024, Leonardo has previously held key positions such as Partner at Boyden from March 2021 to January 2024, and Country Manager at Robert Walters from October 2018 to February 2021. Leonardo also contributes as a Member and Angel Investor with FDC Angels since October 2022, supporting impactful startups. With a strong foundation in recruitment and management, Leonardo's career began at Michael Page, where responsibilities spanned multiple regions and included directing a team of around 80 people. Leonardo holds an engineering degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and several postgraduate degrees, including an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Post-MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
