Menghan Hu

Menghan Hu is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in global HR operations and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Global HR Operations at FDH Aero since May 2024, Menghan previously held leadership roles at Safilo as Vice President and Head of HR, and Tory Burch as HR Director at the Global Headquarters. Menghan's career also includes significant positions at L'Oréal, where roles encompassed Director of Human Resources for both the Consumer Product and LUXE divisions, and Manager of Human Resources within the LUXE division. Earlier experience includes managing HR business partnerships and leading learning and development initiatives at Air France-KLM. Menghan holds a Master of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University.
