Nasrin Sumee, EIT, is an experienced project engineer with expertise in the cellular tower industry and geotechnical engineering, currently employed at FDH Velocitel since March 2015. Nasrin conducts soils analysis, performs laboratory testing, designs foundations, and generates geotechnical reports, all while enhancing the technical quality of project documentation. Additionally, Nasrin serves as a research assistant and teaching assistant at North Carolina State University, focusing on pavement design software, data analysis, and undergraduate instruction. Previous experience includes project engineering roles at FDH - Engineering Innovation and Grameenphone Ltd, alongside research assistant positions at the University of New Mexico, contributing to geotechnical design and pavement performance evaluation. Nasrin holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MSc from the University of New Mexico, supplemented by a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
