Charlène Perez

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, has over 20 years of experience in healthcare and nursing informatics. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene is recognized as a clinical documentation expert and leads initiatives in care planning and patient bedside education. Previously, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where Charlene implemented the A4 Healthmatics ED application in the emergency department. Earlier roles include serving as a Senior Business Consultant focusing on Convergent Medical Terminology at Kaiser Permanente IT, as well as working as a staff nurse in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Charlene holds a Master's degree in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
