Marie-Hélène Willi

Marie H. is a skilled user researcher currently employed at Insights since January 2023. Prior to this role, Marie served as a senior UX researcher at Voicemod and a senior design researcher at Vodafone from December 2020 to October 2022. Additional experience includes a position as a service design & innovation researcher at Skills Development Scotland, and as a social researcher at The Lennox Partnership. Earlier roles featured work as a field researcher at Toonspeak Young People's Theatre and project manager at the Prague International Advertising Festival. Marie holds an MSc in Research & Strategy from the University of Glasgow and a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences from Charles University.
