Matthieu Poujol

Matthieu Poujol serves as the Head of Regulatory Affairs at FDJ - La Française des Jeux since January 2023, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous roles, including Deputy Legal Director at the Autorité de régulation des transports from October 2012 to December 2022 and Legal Expert at ARJEL (French Online Gaming Regulatory Authority) from October 2011 to October 2012. Matthieu Poujol also held academic positions as ATER at Université de Cergy-Pontoise and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2005 to 2012, where a doctoral thesis was defended on the rights of defense in non-jurisdictional administrative procedures in European Union law.
