Laura Finneran

Laura Finneran is the SVP Training, North America at FDM Group. Laura has over 10 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on technical training. Laura has a proven track record in designing and delivering training programs that improve performance and meet business objectives.

Previously, Laura was the Training Lead- Corporate Finance at JPMorgan Chase & Co, where they were responsible for training corporate finance employees on a new software application. Laura designed the training curriculum, created training manuals and e learning modules, and managed the delivery of the training program. Laura also organized and facilitated Q&A sessions with subject matter experts and wrote and presented a Corporate Finance training plan for senior management.

Before JPMorgan Chase & Co, Laura was a Training Consultant-Senior Technical Trainer at Capital One Bank. In this role, Laura was responsible for training bank employees on Home Lending software. Laura also mentored employees and managers on effective communication and customer service. Laura managed attendance, completion and compliance for training classes, and was also responsible for fixing and reporting technology issues and classroom maintenance.

Laura Finneran has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Iona University in Organizational Development. Laura also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Western New England University in Marketing & Communications. Laura is also certified in Scrum Master from LinkedIn.

Laura Finneran reports to Rod Flavell, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Sheila Flavell - Chief Operating Officer, Andy Brown - Chief Commercial Officer, and Will Eeles - Chief of Staff.
