Boyd L. Erickson, Jr., CPD, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design, particularly for large casino and resort projects across the United States. Serving as Principal and Owner at FEA Consulting Engineers since June 2000, Boyd oversees daily operations and leads marketing and project execution. Previously, Boyd held the role of Project Executive at AE Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included engineering design for various large-scale initiatives as well as government and educational projects. Early career experience includes positions as a Staff Engineer and Design Engineer at jba consulting engineers and Van Boerum and Frank Associates, respectively, where Boyd contributed to projects such as hospitals, schools, and government facilities. Boyd began the professional journey as a Draftsman for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, specializing in mechanical systems for religious buildings. Education was completed at the University of Utah between 1983 and 1988.
