Kyla Hanaway-Quinlan

Kyla Hanaway-Quinlan has a diverse work history, beginning in 2009 as Shelter Manager at Steps to End Domestic Violence. Kyla then worked as Guest Services Manager at Craigie on Main from 2011 to 2009. In 2015, they became Administrator for Michael Porter at the Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness at Harvard Business School. From 2016 to 2020, they served as VP of HR & Administration at Zagster, where they were responsible for business operations functions and helped the company grow from 30 to 550 employees. In 2020, they joined Superpedestrian as VP People & Culture/ Interim Head of US Market Operations, helping to steer a substantial business transformation and grow the team from 40 to 200+ in less than one year. Most recently, they are Chief Operating Officer at Feast & Fettle, a gourmet, fully-prepared meal delivery service.

Kyla Hanaway-Quinlan received their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Theirtory from Simmons University in 2009, having started their studies in 2005.
