Anita O. has a diverse work experience in the food industry. In 2011, they worked as a Quality Assurance at DOLE Fresh Vegetables until 2013. Anita then joined Nestlé as a Food Scientist from 2013 to 2014. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Kansas Dairy Ingredients in Quality & Food Safety Compliance. In 2018, they became a Food Safety & Product Quality Auditor at Boar's Head Brand. Anita then moved to Dylan's Candy Bar as the Director of Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control from 2019 to 2021. Anita joined Kodiak Cakes in 2021 as the Director of FSQA and Regulatory and was later promoted to Vice President, FSQA and Regulatory at Feastables in 2023.
