Sierra Anderson

Sierra Anderson, PHR, has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources and people operations. Their most recent role is as the Head of People & Talent at Feastables, which they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Finix from June 2021 to March 2023, where they held the positions of Manager, People Operations and People Operations Business Partner. Before Finix, Sierra worked at G2 from March 2019 to May 2021, holding roles as a People Partner, People Generalist, and People Specialist. Their previous experience includes working at InnerWorkings as a Human Resources employee from January 2018 to March 2019, and at Outcome Health as a Talent & Recruiting employee from January 2017 to November 2017. Sierra started their career at Outcome Health as an Intern in People & Events from May 2016 to August 2016.

Sierra Anderson, PHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Purdue University. Prior to this, they obtained an Academic Honors Diploma from Crown Point High School. Sierra has also earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2019. Additionally, they have completed the Foundations of Compensation course offered by SHRM.
