Michael Jao

Michael Jao has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael began their career in 2001 as a Sales Specialist at REI and later worked as an Electrical Engineer II at Raytheon from 2004 to 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Sales Operations Intern at Pegasystems. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Solutions Marketing Manager at Omtool. In 2013, they joined Vibram Group and held multiple roles, including Sales Analyst, Operations Analyst, Senior Operations Analyst, and Director of E-Commerce and Inventory. In 2017, they worked as a Sales Associate and later as a Digital Media Coordinator at Feathered Friends. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in customer service, sales, operations analysis, marketing, and e-commerce.

Michael Jao completed their education in a chronological order. Michael first attended Wayland High School from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2000 to 2005, earning their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering. To further enhance their education, Michael pursued an MBA at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, specializing in Marketing, which they completed from 2008 to 2010.
