Katherine Hartzog

Product Support Manager at Feathr

Katherine Hartzog has a diverse range of work experience. Katherine started their career at TutoringZone in 2011, where they initially served as the Director of Marketing and Campus Outreach before becoming the General Manager. In this role, they handled hiring, training, and scheduling for a team, while also coordinating review sessions and providing customer service. Katherine continued to work with TutoringZone until 2016.

From 2017 to 2018, Katherine worked at Skoolers Tutoring as the General Manager and Director of Marketing and Campus Outreach. Here, they developed improved procedures, executed marketing campaigns, and increased membership signups for targeted demographics.

In 2018, Katherine briefly served as the Interim Bookkeeper at The Master's Lawn Care. Katherine quickly learned new processes and software, developed comprehensive documentation, and handled various bookkeeping procedures.

Since 2019, Katherine has been with Feathr, where they initially worked as a Product Support Representative. Katherine provided support to internal users and clients, managed support tickets and customer communications, and developed help documentation. Currently, they are the Product Support Manager, responsible for managing a team and organizing training and mentorship programs. Katherine also handles internal reporting and implements new procedures to enhance team performance.

Katherine Hartzog pursued their education at the University of Florida from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. In December 2021, they obtained the Association Digital Marketing Certificate Course from the Association Marketing Academy.
