Leonardo Macedo is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology management and customer support across various organizations. Currently serving as IT Manager at Westwing since July 2021, Leonardo also leads the Global Product Support team and oversees product support operations for multiple applications. Prior roles include Information Technology Support Manager at GGS IT Consulting, Operations Manager at Revolut, and Team Leader at Dell Technologies. Leonardo holds a Master’s degree in IT Governance and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, complemented by an Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
