Alishah Lalani

Alishah Lalani is an experienced professional in implementation engineering and analytics, currently serving as Implementation Team Lead at Featurespace since September 2019, where previous roles included Senior Implementation Engineer and Implementation Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as Implementation Engineer at Noble Systems, where Alishah specialized in hardware and software installation for contact center technologies. Alishah also served as a Student Assistant Mentor at Georgia School Systems, overseeing training and scheduling, and completed internships at Kautex Textron and Magna International focused on manufacturing performance and project launches. Alishah holds a Master of Science in Analytics and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology, along with a High School Diploma from Riverwood International Charter School.
