Amit Jindal

Amit Jindal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and project management. Currently serving at Febi.ai since April 2024, Amit also co-founded Felix Advisory Private Limited in January 2013. As part of the Project Management Group for STPI under the Ministry of Communication & Information Technology since January 2020, Amit contributes to initiatives related to blockchain technology. Additionally, Amit holds the position of India President at the Government Blockchain Association since August 2019. Prior experience includes a role in Merger & Acquisition Transaction Structuring at EY from October 2006 to January 2013 and serving as a Partner at Ahuja Arun & Co. from May 2004 to September 2006. Amit’s academic qualifications include a DISA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a CPA from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, an FCA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a BCOM (H) from Delhi University, and an education from N.C. Jindal Public School.
