Bob Dieckman

Bob joined Fecon as CEO in 2019. He comes from Rotex Global, LLC, where he served in a variety of executive positions for 12 years, including President beginning in 2014. During his time with Rotex, sales grew three-fold through both organic growth and acquisition. Prior to joining Rotex, he served as the Vice President of Finance and CFO of Basco Manufacturing Company for 10 years. In 2007, he was recognized as Greater Cincinnati CFO of the Year for privately held companies by the Cincinnati Business Courier. Bob has spent over thirty years with various manufacturing businesses in both private and public settings and has served on several boards including recently as a Trustee of St. Xavier High School. A Cincinnati native, Dieckman is a graduate of St. Xavier High School and the University of Notre Dame. He is actively involved with both institutions. He lives in Cincinnati with his spouse Monica. They have 5 grown children and two grandchildren.
