Mario Valerio

Mario Valerio is a skilled enologist with extensive experience in the wine industry, currently serving as Enologo Planta Fraccionamiento at FECOVITA since July 2020. Prior roles include Assistant Winemaker at Viña Correa Albano, Cellarhand at Constellation Brands, and Enologo Supervisor at Bodega Familia Zuccardi, among others. Mario's career began in December 2010 as Enólogo formador at Bodega y Viñedo "Don Héctor," progressing through various positions that reflect a strong foundation in enology. Mario holds a Técnico Enologo degree from UTN, obtained between 2008 and 2020.
