Els Bellekens

Els Bellekens has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Els started their career as an IT Analyst at Colruyt Informatica Systems in 1984. Els then worked as a Software Engineer and IT Coordinator at Vandeputte - Safety Experts from 1985 to 2000. Following that, they worked as an IT Architect at Massive from 2000 to 2009. From 2009 to 2015, they worked as a Cluster IT Support Analyst at Philips IT Infrastructure&Operations. Els 'snext role was at Philips Lighting, where they served as a Sr. Data Specialist from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are working as an Expert Data & Analyse at Fedasil, a position they have held since 2017. Throughout their career, Els has demonstrated expertise in data management, process improvement, and software testing.

Els Bellekens completed their secondary education at Regina Pacis Instituut from 1972 to 1978, focusing on Mathematics and Science. Els then pursued a Master's Degree in Agricultural Engineering and Environmental Sciences at KU Leuven from 1978 to 1983. Additionally, Els has obtained certifications in LEAN Basic in January 2015 and ITIL V3 Service Manager in December 2009.
