Ophélie Leclerc is an experienced dietitian and project manager with a strong background in nutrition and food services. Currently serving as a Gestionnaire de matériel catering at Fedasil since May 2022, Ophélie previously held the role of Project Manager for Food Therapy at Epsylon asbl from July 2021 to August 2022. Ophélie's extensive experience at Sodexo from June 2012 to July 2021 included positions such as Nutrition Expert, Project Development Manager, and Operational Marketing and Quality Manager for Seniors & Schools, as well as Dietitian at the European Parliament, where Ophélie implemented regulation 1169/2011 concerning consumer information on foodstuffs. Ophélie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Institut Paul Lambin and has pursued further education in nutrition for children and adults with disabilities, geriatric dietetics, and food hypersensitivity, alongside a certificate in associative management from Université libre de Bruxelles.
