Jacqueline has held various positions in academic institutions, where Jacqueline has supervised staff, developed training programs, and conducted research projects. Jacqueline has demonstrated their expertise in curriculum development, workshop facilitation, and project management. Currently, Jacqueline serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Fedcap Canada, overseeing training programs and ensuring alignment with business needs. Through their roles as a Writing Specialist, TA Supervisor, and Training Coordinator, Jacqueline has shown a commitment to supporting students and staff in their learning and development journey.
