Jenny Williams

Jenny Williams is a seasoned learning and development professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Learning and Development Manager at Red Engine Team since June 2025, Jenny has previously held key roles including Head of Learning and Development at Various Eateries PLC and Learning and Development Manager at Whitbread. With a strong background in training and development, Jenny has contributed significantly to the induction and growth of team members at Bourne Leisure Ltd as Academy Manager, and developed leadership capabilities at Blue Sky - Experts In People Change as Principal Consultant. Additionally, Jenny's earlier experience includes roles in development at Virgin Active, training management at Which?, and establishing a new training department at Communisis. Recognized for excellence in training, Jenny was awarded the World Trainer of the Year in 2006 during a tenure at Sitel. Educational credentials include a GNVQ3 in Business and Finance from Oaklands College, complemented by foundational education at Fearnhill School.
