Alexandre Florentin

Alexandre Florentin is an experienced professional with a strong background in agile project management and team leadership. Currently serving as Responsable intégration at Fedelia SA since May 2025, Alexandre has previously held roles as Release Train Engineer at Eaton and Galenica, where responsibilities included leading multiple teams within SAFe frameworks and facilitating essential agile events. Alexandre began a career as a Developer at Lintsoft and later advanced to Scrum Master and Team Leader at HCI Solutions SA, focusing on team performance and individual development. Alexandre holds a degree in informatique industriel from Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble II).
