Jhenifer Rojas

Prior to becoming Federa’s Executive Director, Jhenifer was the company’s Chief of Staff, managing logistics, design, brand, product development and communications with investors. She led the Federa’s transition from Federated Realty.

Focused on Federa’s mission, Jhenifer leads Federa’s Directors, to ensure the company’s core values and vision scales globally. Working closely with various business owners and directors, she gained vast experience in business, communications, leadership, and management. She continues to direct and develop the company’s marketing strategies, brand, design, product development and other operations.

Jhenifer studied Business Management at Virginia Commonwealth University.
