María Laura Scaiola

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in nutrition and business management. Currently, Mariana serves as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also served as a university lecturer in a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Educational credentials include a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Companies from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
