Vincent Nguyen

Vincent Nguyen is a Financial Specialist at the U.S. Department of the Interior, serving in the Business Integration Office since July 2024. As President of the Federal Asian Pacific American Council, Vincent coordinates a non-profit chapter with over 100 members and previously led an Asian American Heritage Month call with Secretary Deb Haaland. With extensive experience at the National Park Service, roles included Regional Facility Management Systems Specialist, Technical Program Manager, and Operations Program Manager, where Vincent managed multi-million dollar infrastructure projects and contributed to asset management. Additional experience encompasses program development for AmeriCorps VISTA, data analysis, and behavior therapy. Vincent holds an MBA from Boston University, a BS in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin, and has completed graduate courses in Business Analytics at Villanova School of Business.
