Colin Kumor

Colin Kumor has extensive experience in air traffic control, currently serving as an Air Traffic Control Specialist with the Federal Aviation Administration since May 2014. In this role, Colin has worked at multiple major airports, including Philadelphia International Airport as a Certified Professional Controller in Training, JFK International Airport as a Certified Professional Controller, and Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport as a Certified Professional Controller responsible for air traffic safety in the terminal area. Prior experience includes serving as a Remote Pilot Operator at Raytheon, where assistance was provided in training air traffic control candidates, and an internship at ExpressJet Airline in the Chief Pilot's Office, which involved observing ramp crew operations. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earned from 2006 to 2010.
