Julie Moon

Julie Moon is an accomplished aerospace engineer with extensive experience in the aviation industry. Currently serving as Section Manager and Senior Aerospace Engineer in the Boeing Certificate Management Office at the Federal Aviation Administration since July 2016, Julie has a strong background in aerospace safety and engineering. Previous roles include Interiors Engineer at Alaska Airlines from January 2014 to July 2016, Aerospace Safety Engineer at the FAA from September 2006 to January 2014, Manager of Quality Engineering and Configuration at US Airways from 2004 to 2006, and Senior Structures Engineer at America West Airlines from August 2000 to September 2004. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
