Michelle Leach

Michelle Leach has over two decades of experience in real estate and facilities management, currently serving as Team Manager for the Business Operations Support Team at the Federal Aviation Administration since July 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the acquisition of real property to support the National Air Space strategic initiative across multiple states. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at the General Services Administration from 1999 to 2016, first as a Field Office Manager managing real estate functions in the Greater Puget Sound Seattle area, and later as a Facilities Management Field Office Manager, leading teams responsible for federal properties. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication with a minor in Journalism from Gonzaga University.
