Todd Pennington

Todd Pennington has extensive experience in program management and contracting, with over two decades at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). As a Program Manager on the Financial Integrated Support (FIS) Services Contract, Todd manages a portfolio of 118 task orders with a cumulative value of approximately $135 million, ensuring compliance with government standards and overseeing technical requirements. Previously, Todd served as a Senior Contracting Officer at the FAA, providing contracting support for Federal Telecommunications Infrastructure Program contracts. Todd's career also includes significant roles at Logicon as a Senior Subcontracts Administrator, where management of a $200 million project took place, as well as positions at Ogden Government Services and CACI International Inc. with a focus on procurement and accounts management. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Mary Washington University.
