Willette Neal, PhD, currently serves as the Quality Control Group Team Manager and Management Technology Representative at the Federal Aviation Administration since October 2020. With a long-standing career at the US Department of Transportation, Willette Neal has been a Subject Matter Expert in International Aviation Education since June 2011, coordinating initiatives such as the First International Aviation Education Day in West Africa in 2011 and contributing expertise in Dakar, Senegal, in 2012 and 2013. Previously, Willette Neal held various roles at the FAA, including Quality Assurance Specialist for Air Traffic, where significant contributions included leading Risk Analysis Panels and validating safety measures within the National Airspace System. Educational credentials include a PhD in Education: Global Training and Development from Northcentral University, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Mississippi State University.
