William.t. Satterfield

William T. Satterfield has over three decades of experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Office Manager for the Envoy Certificate Management Office at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) since September 1989, where responsibilities include overseeing administrative functions and ensuring compliance with aviation safety regulations. Prior to this role, William held the position of Aviation Safety Inspector at the FAA, and earlier served as Production Manager at RA-Nav Laboratories from July 1986 to September 1989. William's military experience includes a 20-year tenure as an Airborne Comm/Nav Specialist in the United States Air Force from August 1966 to October 1986. William obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, between 1977 and 1980.
