Akshaya Kumar

Akshaya Kumar is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in various roles at Federal Bank since April 2015, currently serving as a Senior Manager and Branch Head, overseeing branch operations. Akshaya's background includes expertise in business banking, wholesale banking, and corporate banking, as well as previous positions such as Business Banking Relationship Manager focused on MSME sourcing and lending, and Manager of Operations managing branch banking. Prior to Federal Bank, Akshaya worked as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies on a banking and finance domain project and served as a Single Window Operator at Central Bank of India. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering.
