Arindam Banerjee

Arindam Banerjee is an accomplished human resources professional with over 18 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Federal Bank since February 2011, Arindam is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR activities within the zone. Prior to this role, Arindam held the position of HR Manager at Net4 India Ltd from June 2005 to January 2011, where initial experience was gained as Assistant Manager HR. Arindam holds a degree from Magadh University, completed between 2001 and 2003.
