Catherine Shaw

Unit Chief, Leadership Development Unit at Federal Bureau of Investigation

Catherine Shaw is an experienced professional in leadership and environmental programs, currently serving as Unit Chief of the Leadership Development Unit and the Occupational Safety and Environmental Programs Unit at the Federal Bureau of Investigation since May 2009. Previous roles at the FBI include Energy & Environmental Team Lead for the New HQ Project and Environmental Protection Program Manager. Prior to joining the FBI, Catherine worked as a Research Fellow at the Center for Research on Children in the United States from August 2007 to May 2009 and as an Environmental Scientist at Eastern Research Group from July 2002 to July 2007. Catherine holds a Master of Public Policy degree focusing on Environmental and Regulatory Policy from Georgetown University, an Executive Leadership Certificate from American University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia.
