James Klipfer

JT Klipfer serves as the Section Chief in the Information Management Division’s Technology Innovation Section at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), a position held since September 2015. Prior roles at the FBI include Assistant Section Chief and Unit Chief of the FBI Document Conversion Laboratory (DocLab). Before joining the FBI, JT Klipfer was a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, managing a 40-person team and overseeing client delivery for defense and intelligence clients, with an annual revenue exceeding $10 million. JT Klipfer's military experience includes serving as a Captain in the US Army, where responsibilities involved planning and executing combat operations globally. JT Klipfer holds an MBA in Information Security from James Madison University and a BS in Communication from Ohio University.
