Jim Reynolds

Jim Reynolds has extensive experience in financial operations and management, currently serving as a Senior Business Manager in the FBI's Financial Operations since 1997, overseeing the migration to CGI's Momentum Federal Financials application. Previous roles within the FBI include Unit Chief for both the Investigative Operations Financial Services Unit and General Ledger/Financial Reporting Unit, focusing on financial transaction processing and general ledger management. Prior to joining the FBI, Jim Reynolds served as a Systems Accountant at DFAS and had a distinguished military career in the United States Air Force, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and holding various key positions related to accounting and finance operations. Jim Reynolds earned an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University and a B.B.A. from Rutgers University.
